Okay, so Nathan turned 18 months on March 24, but we just made it to the doctor for his check-up yesterday, so here are the latest stats.
Weight - 31 lbs (he's slowing down, but it's still the 95%)
Height - 34.5 inches (getting longer - 90%)
Head - didn't say, just that is was "good" and then the doctor said to him, "you wouldn't want a small head on a big body!"
So there we are. Nathan does have an infection in a cut on his knee, so he's now on an antibiotic for that for awhile. Since the tubes in August, we haven't been on one antibiotic, which is pretty great news!
You would have thought that we had taken Nathan to the lions with the way he was carrying on when we got into the examining room - is this where men begin their dislike of doctors?
One other thing - in the last week or so, Nathan has decided to talk! He's no longer our little caveman, although he still prefers to use sign language for "please" but we're making progress. He's still not talking too much at school, mostly just around us, or if he's warmed up around friends. The doctor said that 6-10 words at this age are common, but he's past that. I guess he's just been thinking about talking and wanted to make sure that he had it right before he started! What does that say about his personality down the road? Hmmmmm.....

Thinking of him using sign language to say please is just too cute!
