This morning, Sarah was telling me how now that she is 3, she can do a lot of things that we didn't know she could do. While brushing her teeth, she told me that she could take care of Nathan. I said, "you mean like babysit?" "Yes, babysit," she said. "You could go to lunch." I then asked who would take care of her while we were gone and she told me, "Mommy, I'd take care of myself. I told you that 3 year olds can do a lot of things you didn't know they could!"
They grow up so fast.
