Fall Festival and Pumpkins!

A few weeks ago, the whole family was supposed to go to a Fall Festival at a local nursery. Sarah was very excited, as was Mommy since she wasn't getting out too much at the time. Needless to say, Baby Brother had other ideas, and decided that he was going to spit up all over himself, so that set us back, and no sooner did we get in the car and get one house down, when he did it again! Since we were afraid that Nathan might be sick, he and Daddy stayed home while us girls went to the festival. It was fun, but not as much fun if Nathan and Daddy were there. Sarah was kind of shy, and the oompah band scared her (so she said). Since Daddy and Nathan weren't with us for a pumpkin patch picture, and I couldn't get a pumpkin and push Sarah in her stroller, we had to return the next day. We were eventually successful!

I feel that I should mention that Nathan turned out to be fine. I had started giving him Karo syrup (nurse's orders) to help with some constipation. Not only did it work well, but it worked so well, that it caused his formula to come back up! We switched to prune juice, and things are much better.

Going through the hay maze

(See the swan? It never made it out of the maze)

I think the exit is thattaway

I'm not too sure of these chickens!
