Last year, I believe Sarah called it Valendaytine's and this year it is Valenstimes, so however you say it, we hope you had a good one! I left early for work to make it to Sarah and Nathan's parties (yes, even Nathan exchanged Valentine's Day cards...?) Anyway, I got there at 3:30 on the dot and went to Sarah's room first, because I knew that once I went into Nathan's class, there was no leaving. Nobody was in Sarah's room. I figured they must be outside and were coming in for their party, so I went to Nathan's room. There they all were - Nathan and 6 little girls. I realized that these are the people that my large son has been beating up on for the last month - petite little girls! Nathan was all decked out in his Valentine's shirt and was very happy to see me. I was going to take a picture, but within 10 minutes of my sitting with him, he stuck something down his throat and promptly threw up everywhere. I'm sure the "first time parents" around me were freaking out (sorry my first time parent friends), but I knew what he had done and that he probably wasn't sick, but still, no picture in his cute shirt. After a little while we went to Sarah's room, where the kids had returned, but there was no party going on. I had missed it! They had it earlier than the stated time, so I got to stammer some lame excuse when Sarah asked me, "why did you miss my party???" When I really wanted to say, "because your teacher didn't follow the posted sign!" Oh well. I seem to be forgiven, but now I know to ask what time the party is REALLY going to be.
I got no pictures at their parties, but I took a couple once Sarah and Nathan got home and were going through their goodies.
Not sure when this was, or what he was eating,
but Nathan loves a mess!

Sarah, showing Nathan how to dump it all out
