Last I posted, Nathan was on a milk-free diet for two weeks. We went to his follow-up doctor appointment and Nathan still had an ear infection (14 days later) and no allergy to milk. So, this past Friday we went to see an ENT and we are going to be having tubes put in Nathan's ears as well as his adnoids removed. Turns out the snoring, sinus infections, and wheezing are most likely all caused by the adnoids, so hopefully the surgeries will make things much better. We could have it all done next week, but with Sarah's birthday and party coming up this week, we're going to wait another week. When the time comes, we'll have to check him into the hospital. It's day surgery, so Nathan will get to come home that same day, but they have to knock him out and he'll get an IV and a breathing tube. Poor guy.
On a much happier note, Nathan got his first tooth! He's been a little fussy, but that's the only thing I noticed. We spotted the new tooth while waiting at the ENT's office on Friday. Nathan is going to be able to eat real food afterall!
