Labor Day and Daddy's Birthday

Over Labor Day weekend every year, we have a family reunion out near Hearne, TX. It's a lot of fun, but this was the first year that we knew about Nathan's nut allergy, so I was on high alert. I even emailed some of the women in our family to help keep an eye out in case our son decided to try something he shouldn't. Unfortunately, I forgot to alert the men and boys and so luckily I only caught two people trying to give Nathan peanut butter cookies and other foods with nuts! It's kind of sad, but I'm hearing Nathan now ask, "does it have nuts in it?" He's learning kind of. Hopefully we'll get good news this winter when he goes back for more allergy testing.

Man, pizza can be messy!

He really wanted to play!

Finally came the big kids...go Joseph!

A very happy kiddo with a lot of candy!

That same weekend, we celebrated Kevin's birthday. You should see how many pics it took to get one with all three looking forward!

Happy 3-5!
